K vs A- Sometime Around 1960

Kain and Abel were named Kain and Abel for all the wrong reasons. It so happens that when their mother married their father, she had no idea that his mother was a Nazi. Therefore, to spite her Nazi mother-in-law, she vowed to name her future children the most Jewish names she could think of. (She didn't know much about Hebrew names, but she's not totally stupid because she was able to foretell she would have two boys in a row).
